Flat Rate Prices include - Complete Repair Service & Parts - We repair your movement to factory specs, should your watch movement need replacement, there will be a slight additional charge for a New Movement but we will call you first so you now exactly what is happening with your repair. (Most watches do not require movement replacements)
We can upgrade your movement to a Higher Quality Movement at your request for a small additional fee.

All watches are then tested on a Timgrapher for accurate Time, preasure tested and a repair report is included with your returned watch
ALL WATCHES ARE REPAIRED IN CHINA WHERE THE EXPERTS ARE
You simply send the watch to us via USPS Priority Mail
Please allow 2 weeks for the repair to be completed - We will invoice you when the Repair is complete.
