We are starting to see a slow down with EMS Express Shipping - Not all packages but just a few at random seem to be delayed either getting out of China or delayed going into the USA Customs. We are keeping an eye on this.   We are still shipping some orders to our US OFFICE and they will forward from there via Priority or Express Mail.  This seems to be working very well in getting around delays and avoiding customs delays.

Christmas Delivery is harder now but we are doing everything we can to avoid any delays

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY STILL OK AS OF TODAY  11/20

Sending your orders to our US Office and then forwarding  your order to you from there has been very successful.  Durning this Holiday Season, we will continue to do this.  Delivery is safer, avoids US Customs and there will never be a duty charge this way.  Once your order reaches the US Office, we will assign a tracking number that day.  Delivery to you from the US Office usually takes 1 - 2 days.

Service ?   Often we will have a customer contact us and tell us their band is broken. When the customer returns the watch we find that the band was not broken but a screw fell out of the band.   PLEASE READ the instructions on our site  for adjusting the band.  REMEMBER to tighten ALL THE SCREWS in the band when finished adjusting.  If you do not do this, YES a screw will fall out.  We do not tighten them for a reason, if they were tight, you could now adjust easy.   Please remember, a simple screw that has fallen out of your band is not a bad or defective band or broken watch.  We are more then happy to send you replacement screws.

To speed up Christmas delivery, we have sent  several current customer orders to the USA Office (several orders in one box) and they in return will ship your order to you.  This not only goes around the EMS SLOW SERVICE problem but makes delivery faster for you.  The first package of orders will arrive in the USA on 11/17  and then be forwarded to our customers that day.  Delivery from the US Office should only take 1 or 2 days .   This is more expensive for us but more secure and we do not have to deal with the EMS problem as much.

AS OF RIGHT NOW - ALL ORDERS IN WILL BE DELIVERED IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

We are watching tracking very close and we are still in a safe delivery time for Christmas Delivery.  We  will keep everyone updated as we near a cut off date

Ready time on watches is running a little slower then normal.  We check each and every watch for quality, over the past  couple months we have had to watch the mfgs closer and many watches had had to be remade to meet our standards.   We will not just pick up a watch and ship it to you,  it must meet our quality stantdards first before we ship.  If its not right, we make them make it again.

Most sites will get a watch and just ship it with no 24 run time.  Every watch we sell is run for a min of 24 hours and tested again.

With any Replica Site, there are hosting and software problems from time to time.  When this happens, our site goes down.

This is normal and can happen anytime.  When it happens, shipping will still take place as normal on your orders and we will always be in contact with you via email. We have paper backups on everything.

Our site usually  will go down every couple days for  anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or so.  Sometimes we will experience a DDOS ATTACK and should that happen, our site could be down a couple hours to a full day as we try to solve the problem
