We are located in China therefore most of our items are shipped directly from our Hong Kong or P.R.China Offices

Shipping Damage

It is the responsibility of the buyer to report any in-transit damage to Courier  immediately after receiving. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and the tracking number for reference. Once you have filed a claim please email us so we can expedite your reshipment.

EMS TRANSFERS TO USPS in the USA

This is the fastest method for shipping and can be tracked at www.usps.com

Note: At times shipping can take a little longer. This can be caused by Customs Delays in your Country, Holiday Times etc.  VERY FEW PACKAGES experience  these delays however if these delays seem too long, we will always be glad to ship a replacement package. We  watch the tracking daily  and we usually know of these delays before you and notify you.

Once the package is shipped we have no control over the speed of delivery, that depends on the carrier.

NOTICE:  Sometimes we are able to ship EXPRESS to the USA and then transfer your package to US Priority Mail to save shipping time and bypass Customs.  If you receive your package via Priority and you paid Express, please keep in mind that we Express your package to the US and then manually transfered it to a different method to speed up the process and make Duty Free Delivery Possible

Shipping Times stated are quoted by the Express Courier - We are not responsible for delays due to Holiday Periods, Customs Clearing Times etc.

International business always involves some risks, although we are very experienced and know the safest way to send your order.

If there are problems such as items missing, package lost, we will resend the goods until you get them*.

Custom will not open every package, they do it by random. There is always that chance and at times packages are taken by customs. Should this happen, we will as a courtesy, reship your order to you at our expense. Usually the second package will pass customs with no problems and be delivered to you. ( A different shipping is always helpful )
 
*Should the un-likely event of Customs taking your package the second time, we will be happy to re-ship your package the 3rd time at 1/3 the cost of the original order. We do recomend using a different address this time
 
We do not profit on shipping charges. The prices we charge are actually a little less then what we actually pay
 If the actual charges are less then what you paid, we will refund the difference to you. Most of the time the actual cost of shipping is more then the price you paid
