OUR RETURN POLICY IS SIMPLE

Should you receive a defective or damaged product, we will be happy to replace that product for you at once

In the unlikely event that you receive your watch and are not satisfied. you may return the product within 5 days following the receipt of the product (Product Delivery Date).   We do not give "Cash or CC Refunds" unless it is stated on the product page "Money Back if Not Happy with this product" 

 

Before making any returns  you must write us in advance before you return any item, tell us the reason for the return and we will issue you a RETURN AUTH # and give you the return address.   No returns will be accepted without this #

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW UNWORN CONDITION WITH PLASTIC STILL ON THE WATCH, NO LINKS REMOVED

 

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 5-DAYS INSPECTION PERIOD
