In the unlikely event that you receive your watch and are not satisfied or the Watch has a Defect, we offer a Return/Exchange Policy where we will accept a Return/Exchange of the product within 4 days following the receipt of the product (Product Delivery Date). You must contact us within 4 days if you wish to Return/Exchange the watch for any reason.
Before making any returns or exchanges you will have to email us stating your reason of Return/Exchange and your Order ID.
Please note that the customers will be responsible for all Shipping Expense in the case that you are not satisfied with the product.
We will only pay for shipping if the product has a Defect and is being Returned to us due to its malfunction from the very first day of receiving your product.
We will provide a Refund/Exchange at the Following Conditions :
The item has a manufacturer defect. (We will be responsible for Shipping Cost)
The item does not function according to the specifications on the web site. (We will be responsible for Shipping Cost)
Product Has not Satisfied You.(Customer will be responsible for Shipping Cost)
The item is returned to us within four days of receiving Return Authorization
No returns will be accepted without a prior e-mail stating the specific problem.
